Nutrition:
The FIRST thing you need to do is purchase the Vi-Shakes.  Why?  Because that is a key component of my nutrition.  I drink 2 shakes a day as the cornerstone of my diet.  Now, you may be asking yourself "why can't I just drink XYZ protein shakes?"  My honest answer: Because XYZ shakes are gross and gritty and nasty.  I am a big taste person.  I can't commit to nasty.  The Body By Vi Shakes are the only shakes that I have EVER been able to not only tolerate but LOVE.  Trust me.  At $2/shake it is so worth the investment.

Documentaries:
The first documentary I watched was "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead."  This documentary chronicled two men as they set out to save their lives one juice at a time.  The first guy was from Australia.  And while his journey was great, I was detatched because he was obviously rich.  In the back of my mind I kept thinking, "umm, but what about 'real' people?"  And boom!  Then we were introduced to a middle American truck driver.  The second half of the movie followed this "real" person and his triumph over obesity.

The second documentary was "Vegucated."  This documovie was about a vegan who introduces 3 New Yorkers to her lifestyle.  While the movie was educational, I really wasn't feeling the go vegan for the love of the animals part.  I understand the science behind how eating clean is better for the environment.  It was great seeing their struggles as they tried to change their lives while surrounded by family and friends that were not changing.

The third documentary that I watched was "Hungry for Change."  This one is the best.  It takes experts from other fields and puts them all on 1 screen in a way that is informative and digestable.  And this one covered sugar, white food, meat, juicing, eating raw, eating for vanity, and eating for sanity.

Fitness Experts:
I follow Tasha Edwards becuase she keeps it real.  She has been there. She has struggled and at times is transparent about her continued struggles.  She is the founder of F7 Wellness.
